“Say, (O Muhammad, to mankind): If ye love Allah, follow me; Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.” (3:31)
And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
It also entails rejecting any source of guidance that contradicts the commands and concepts ordained by Allah and His Messenger.
For the word of Allah the Exalted and the word of His Messenger, peace be upon him,
are the primary sources of direction, upbringing, and education.
