By Sheikh Osama Bahr, may God protect him
Everyone who obeys God dissolves in the sweetest feeling
What's past is past
I don't know why some people insist on clinging to the past
And continuing to cry over what he missed
And long sadness over the grief and pain that happened to him
So why this attachment to what left him dead?
Is it reasonable for a person to remain imprisoned in the dungeon of the past?
He forgets the freedom of reality and the future
Islam always calls on Muslims to look forward and to the afterlife
What is past is past
It became an example and a sermon only
The door to the past must be closed so that it does not see the light
Because it has passed and ended
Sadness does not bring him back
Nor does worry fix him
A tear falling from the eye cannot be repelled
It is not possible to reject a child who came from his mother’s womb
Some wise people say
The past is folded and not narrated
What about people who have given up work and diligence?
Claiming that the past justified his backwardness and surrender
Reading in the notebook of the past is a loss of the present
And tearing for effort
God Almighty mentioned it in His Holy Book
News of previous nations
And God Almighty said
That is a nation that has passed away. To it is what it has earned, and to you is what you have earned
And you will not be asked about what they were doing
We understand this verse from it
That the past is past and gone
There is no point in dissecting the body of time
And restart the wheel of history
That goes back to the past
Like someone who grinds flour while it is ground, as they say
Wise people do not look back
And they don't look back
Because the wind is blowing and moving forward
The water rises and slopes forward
The convoy is moving forward
These are the laws of life
For those who violated it
And for those who went back
Nothing changes in life
But we are the ones who change
God Almighty said
God does not change what is inside
Until they change themselves
Make your eyes look in front of you
And do not look back with your eyes
You stumble on the way and fall
And keep hope connected to your steps
To guide you to the right path
It makes you go with confidence
To reach your goal and desire
May every worker, youth and struggler
And patient and persistent
To direct his gaze to the long term
There is nothing wrong with taking the past as a lesson
There is nothing wrong with taking from history
Opportunity to correct errors
But embarrassment
To lock ourselves in the corridors of the past
To proceed with reform and construction
These are concepts that were absent in the past
The sun of the future does not set on him
But some of us want to obscure
The light of the sun is in his hand, and how can he do that?
And the sun calls every morning
This is a new day and tomorrow is a promising future
So leave behind the hadiths of bygone times
And I come to life
What is past is past
What is past will not return
