The jihad of payment and the jihad of demand
Jihad against infidels is divided into two parts
Jihad of repulsion and jihad of demand
Firstly, the jihad of payment
It is the jihad of the attacker and the aggressor
Whether he is an infidel or a Muslim
It is jihad against the oppressor without interpretation or guardianship
This is an individual obligation for every capable and accountable male Muslim
As follows
If the attacker intended money
It is permissible to pay it as much as possible
Even if he gives some money
Even if his intention was display and adultery
The victim must

It is not permissible to enable him under any circumstances
Even if he intended to kill
It must be paid or permitted

Whoever is killed without his money is a martyr
Whoever is killed without his religion is a martyr
Whoever is killed without sacrificing his blood is a martyr
Whoever is killed without his family is a martyr

Paying an attacker for money and life is permissible
If he is killed in it, he is a martyr
In defensive jihad, it is not required that the enemy be twice as many Muslims or less
It is a jihad of necessity and repulsion, not a jihad of choice
Jihad al-Dafa is intended for everyone
Only a coward who is reprehensible by law and reason would want to do so
Secondly, the jihad of demand
It is the quest for the infidel enemy and victory over him and his land
Until the people and the country submit to Islam
And eliminates polytheism
God Almighty said
And fight them until there is no strife and the religion is entirely for God
Its ruling is that it is a sufficient obligation
Unless the Imam mobilizes Muslims
It becomes an individual obligation for those who mobilize them
Thus, the downfall of all the provisions of the infidel United Nations is known
The so-called Declaration of Human Rights
Which calls for respecting the boundaries of others
And lasting peace and coexistence
And freedom of belief

The jihad of seeking is preceded by the establishment of a state, an entity for Muslims, and power
Therefore, it must be prepared

Marching to free all people
It is an approach based on singling out God alone as divinity

It organizes real life in all its daily details
Jihad is for this approach
It is a jihad to decide and establish its system
As for the doctrine
Her matter is entrusted to freedom of persuasion in light of public order
After removing all effects
We must not confuse the various Qur’anic texts
In the renewed historical stages and their interim significance
And the general significance of the long line of the Islamic movement
We understand that the verses that contain the palm of the hands
It is a matter of plan, not principle
And the issue of movement requirements
It is not a matter of doctrinal decisions
This is the concept with which the defeated should be confronted
Those influenced by Western and Eastern theses
This is religion
A general declaration for the liberation of man on earth
From slavery to servants
It is also slavery to passion
