I am one of the companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace

And one of the faces of the Arabs
I attained sovereignty and honor from a young age
And I am what was meant by what the polytheists said when they said
Had this Qur’an not been revealed to a great man from the two villages
They meant me, I am from Taif
Al-Walid bin Al-Mughirah is from Mecca
The Quraysh sent me to negotiate with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in Hudaybiyyah
So I came to him and spoke to him
I saw the condition of his companions around him
So I went back to the people of Mecca and told them
I saw some of Muhammad's companions being amazed
By God, there is no smell of vengeance
Unless it fell into the palm of one of them
He rubbed it on his face and skin
If he commands them, they hasten to command him
And if you perform ablution
They were almost killed for his situation
And if he speaks
They lowered their voices to him
They do not look at him out of respect for him
What people?
By God, I have come to the kings
It came to Caesar, Kasra, and Negus
By God, I have never seen a king venerated by his companions
The companions of Muhammad also glorify Muhammad
He presented to you a plan of guidance
So they accepted it
I was with my people in Taif when the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, besieged it
After the Battle of Hunayn
When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, left
I followed his trail
I caught him before he reached the city
So I converted to Islam
I asked him to return to my people
So I invite them to Islam
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to me
They killed you
So I said
O Messenger of God
I am loved and obeyed by them
And I love them more than their eyesight
If they found me sleeping, they would not wake me up
So he gave me permission
So I went out to them inviting them to Islam
When I arrived at Taif
I overlooked a highland
So I invited them to Islam
I showed them my religion
They showered me with nobility from every direction
An arrow killed me
So my family carried me to the house
And they told me
What you see in your blood
So I said
A dignity with which God has honored me
And a testimony that God gave me
There is nothing in me except what is in the martyrs who were killed for the sake of God
With the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
Before he leaves you
So bury me with them
They thought that my people were like me
Like the companion of Yasin among his people
He called them to God and they killed him
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, told
He saw Jesus bin Maryam, peace be upon him
So I am the closest person to him
