From the words of the Master of Messengers
May God bless him and grant him peace
Chapter on the prohibition of swearing by a creature
Like the Prophet and the Kaaba
And angels, and heaven, and fathers
Life, soul and head
The life of the Sultan and the blessing of the Sultan
And so-and-so's soil
And honesty
It is one of the most severe prohibitions
On the authority of Ibn Omar, may God be pleased with them both
On the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
He said that God Almighty
He forbids you to swear by your fathers
Whoever was lucky
Let him swear to God or remain silent
And agreed upon
And in a narration in the Sahih
Whoever was lucky
He should only swear by God or remain silent
An oath is an oath and an oath
To be silent, to be silent

Oaths cannot be concluded except by God Almighty or by His attributes
And it does not include honesty
But it is his command
So swear by it
It matters that it is equal to the names and attributes of God Almighty

Including honesty
On the authority of Buraydah, may God be pleased with him, he said
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Whoever swears an oath and says that I am innocent of Islam
If he is lying, then he is as he said
Even if he is honest
He will not return to Islam safely

A day when neither wealth nor children will benefit
Except for those who come to God with a sound heart
The Qur’an and Sunnah explain each other

On the authority of Abu Umamah
Iyas bin Thalabah Al-Harithi, may God be pleased with him

Whoever cuts off the right of a Muslim person by his oath
God made Hell fire for him
Paradise was forbidden to him

Major sins
Associating partners with God
And disobedience to parents
And killing oneself
And the right is dipped

That a Bedouin came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
And he said
O Messenger of God
What are the major sins?
He said
Associating partners with God

Then what?

What is the right oath?
He said
The one who deducts what is owned by a Muslim
I mean
With an oath in which he is a liar
Chapter: Recommendation of one who swears an oath
He saw others as better than her
He is sworn to do so
Then he makes amends for his oath

The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, told me
And if you swear an oath
I saw others better than her
Then he came to the one who is best
And disbelieve on your right hand

The desirability of perjury
If not enforcing it is better in the sight of God than it

He is a sinner before God Almighty

His saying goes in
That is, he persists in it and does not disbelieve
And what he said is sinful
Which is more sinful
One of the benefits of talking
Whoever swears an oath related to his family
Where they are harmed by not breaking it
He should break his oath
And he does that thing
And he makes atonement for his oath
If he says no, he will break his oath
Rather, I refrain from committing perjury for fear of sin
He is wrong with this statement
Rather, he continues to not break his oath
And causing harm to his family
More sinful than perjury
It must be applied as long as there is no sin in breaking the oath
Breaking an oath is better than continuing
If there is a preponderance of interest in breaking the oath
Urging to keep harm away from the family and take care of them according to God’s approach
Not with disturbed passions
Reversing a mistake is better than continuing with it
This is not considered a defect that slanders the perpetrator
Rather, it is a veil that only men can do
Those who put rights ahead of themselves are among those to their south
Chapter on pardoning the oath
And there is no expiation for it
This is what happens on the tongue without intending to swear
As he usually says
No, I swear
And no, I swear
And so on
God Almighty said
God will not call you to account for what is vain in your oaths
But He will call you to account for your oaths
His atonement is feeding ten poor people on the average of what you feed your families
Or clothing them or freeing a slave
Whoever does not find it must fast for three days
That is the atonement for your oaths if you swear
And keep your oaths
On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said
This verse was revealed
God will not call you to account for what is vain in your oaths

An explanation of the breadth of God’s mercy toward His servants and the greatness of His kindness
And He is more merciful to them than to themselves
The oath that occurs in speech

God will not punish us for it

Chapter on the dislike of swearing when selling
Even if he is honest
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said
I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say
The alliance is a commodity spender
Destined to gain
Agreed
She spends money because of her popularity and the status of God
Destined to gain
That is, a symbol of blessing and increase
On the authority of Abu Qatada, may God be pleased with him
He heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying
Beware of swearing too much when selling
He spends and then destroys

One of the benefits of hadiths
Urging people to stop swearing when selling
Because it has harmful effects
From her
Make the name of God Almighty a tool for promoting goods
And bring the fleeting enjoyment of the world
This is an insult to His name, Blessed and Most High
Swearing by God in a sale, if it is sincere, is disliked
Even if he is a liar

Swearing to God when selling
It may promote the goods and increase sales
But it is profitable
Blessing in things
Not because of its abundance, fame, and popularity
But in its benefit and fruit
