Surah al-Sajdah.
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Alif-Lam-Mim.
“The revelation of the Scripture whereof there is no doubt is from the Lord of the Worlds.” (32:2)
Or do they say, "He has fabricated it"?
“Or say they: He hath invented it? Nay, but it is the Truth from thy Lord, that thou mayst warn a folk to whom no warner came before thee, that haply they may walk aright.” (32:3)

Alif-Lam-Mim.
The revelation of the Book, which was sent down to Muhammad, peace be upon him.
There is no doubt in it, from the Lord of the two worlds: the jinn and mankind.
The polytheists who associate partners with Allah say:
"Muhammad has fabricated this Book of his own accord."
Yet it is not as you claim.
Rather, it is the truth and the reality from your Lord, O Muhammad.
It is sent so that you may warn a people of the might and severity of Allah, lest it befall them due to their disbelief in Him.
No warner had come to these people, to whom your Lord sent you, O Muhammad,
to warn them of the might of Allah regarding their disbelief before you.
This is so that they may discern the path of truth, recognize it, and believe in it.
“Allah it is Who created the heavens and the earth, and that which is between them, in six Days. Then He mounted the Throne. Ye have not, beside Him, a protecting friend or mediator. Will ye not then remember?” (32:4)
Then He rose over the Throne.
“Allah it is Who created the heavens and the earth, and that which is between them, in six Days. Then He mounted the Throne. Ye have not, beside Him, a protecting friend or mediator. Will ye not then remember?” (32:4)
Will you not then take heed?
The One who is worshipped, to whom alone worship is due, O mankind:
He created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them in six days.
Then He rose over His Throne on the seventh day.
You have no protector besides Him, O mankind, to manage your affairs or aid you against Him if He intends harm for you.
Nor is there any intercessor who can intercede for you with Him if He punishes you for your disobedience to Him.
Will you not then reflect and contemplate, O mankind?
So single Him out for divinity and devote your worship exclusively to Him.
“He directeth the ordinance from the heaven unto the earth; then it ascendeth unto Him in a Day, whereof the measure is a thousand years of that ye reckon.” (32:5)

Allah is the One who directs the affair of His creation from the heaven to the earth.
Then it ascends from the earth to the heaven in one day,
the measure of which is a thousand years of what you count in the days of this world.
“Such is the Knower of the Invisible and the Visible, the Mighty, the Merciful,” (32:6)
This One who does what I have described to you in these verses
is the Knower of what is hidden from your sight, of what the chests conceal and the souls hide,
and of what has not yet come to pass but will be,
and of what the eyes have witnessed, seen, and observed, and what currently exists.
He is severe in His retribution against those who disbelieve in Him,
and merciful to those who repent from their misguidance and return to faith in Him and His Messenger.
“Who made all things good which He created, and He began the creation of man from clay;” (32:7)
He began the creation of man from clay.
“Then He made his seed from a draught of despised fluid;” (32:8)
Allah is the One who perfected His creation,
and He began the creation of Adam from clay.
Then He made his progeny from a liquid that was extracted, emerging as a weak, thin drop.
“Then He fashioned him and breathed into him of His Spirit; and appointed for you hearing and sight and hearts. Small thanks give ye!” (32:9)
And He gave you hearing, sight, and hearts; yet little do you give thanks.
Then He fashioned the human, whose creation He began from clay, into a balanced and well-proportioned form.
He breathed into him from His spirit, and he became a living, speaking being.
Your Lord has bestowed favors upon you, O mankind,
by giving you hearing with which you hear sounds,
sight with which you see objects,
and hearts with which you distinguish good from evil.
Yet you offer but little thanks to your Lord for what He has bestowed upon you.
The polytheists who associate partners with Allah say:
"When our flesh and bones have become dust in the earth,
shall we be resurrected as a new creation?"
These polytheists do not deny the power of Allah,
“And they say: When we are lost in the earth, how can we then be re-created? Nay but they are disbelievers in the meeting with their Lord.” (32:10)
but they fear His punishment for their disobedience to Him.
It is for this reason that they deny meeting their Lord in the Hereafter.
