Walking to the prescribed prayer in a state of purity.
On the authority of Abu Umamah, may Allah be pleased with him.
From the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said:
"Whoever walks to a prescribed prayer while in a state of purity,
shall have the reward of a pilgrim in the state of ihram.
And whoever walks to the mid-morning prayer (Duha),
shall have the reward of one performing the 'Umrah.
And a prayer followed by another prayer, with no idle talk between them,
is recorded in the highest registers of heaven ('Illiyyun)."
Abu Umamah further said:
"Setting out early and returning to these mosques
is a form of jihad in the path of Allah."
