immense. 00:00:27.379 --> 00:00:28.879 Among them 00:00:30.219 --> 00:00:34.359 is the realization of the purpose for which Allah created mankind. 00:00:35.359 --> 00:00:39.000 The purpose for which Allah created the creation 00:00:39.000 --> 00:00:42.259 is to worship Him alone, with no partner. 00:00:42.539 --> 00:00:44.159 Allah the Exalted says: 00:00:44.159 --> 00:00:56.119 ﴾And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.﴿ 00:00:56.119 --> 00:00:57.399 Worship 00:00:57.399 --> 00:01:01.359 is a comprehensive term for everything that Allah loves and is pleased with, 00:01:01.439 --> 00:01:05.200 whether it be outward or inward words and deeds. 00:01:05.200 --> 00:01:09.510 In the call to Allah, there is clarification and explanation of this worship, 00:01:09.510 --> 00:01:14.109 an exhortation for people to adhere to it and abandon what contradicts it, 00:01:14.109 --> 00:01:20.069 and a declaration of the great rewards resulting from performing this worship. 00:01:20.069 --> 00:01:23.670 This is the greatest objective of the call to Allah. 00:01:23.670 --> 00:01:28.760 The emergence of generations of faith. 00:01:28.760 --> 00:01:30.760 Among the fruits of the call to Allah 00:01:31.000 --> 00:01:34.000 is that you halt the lineage and generations of disbelief. 00:01:34.000 --> 00:01:36.000 For before a person embraces Islam, 00:01:36.000 --> 00:01:40.000 he was a disbeliever, the son of a disbeliever, the son of a disbeliever, 00:01:40.000 --> 00:01:42.000 going back thousands of years. 00:01:42.000 --> 00:01:45.000 Then you come and change the situation 00:01:45.000 --> 00:01:49.000 through your call to this person to Islam, 00:01:49.000 --> 00:01:52.000 and the lineage changes for all the years to come. 00:01:52.000 --> 00:01:54.000 The next generation becomes 00:01:54.000 --> 00:01:58.000 a Muslim, the son of a Muslim, the son of a Muslim. 00:01:58.000 --> 00:02:00.000 Allah is the Greatest. 00:02:00.239 --> followers among the prophets, 00:02:30.120 --> 00:02:32.120 as he said: 00:02:32.120 --> 00:02:36.120 "I hope that I will have the most followers among them on the Day of Resurrection." 00:02:36.120 --> 00:02:39.639 Narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim. 00:02:39.639 --> 00:02:42.639 Indeed, the conversion of one person at your hands 00:02:42.639 --> 00:02:45.639 means millions of people, 00:02:45.639 --> 00:02:48.639 for the deeds of his children, and his children's children, 00:02:48.639 --> 00:02:52.639 and those who embrace Islam at their hands until the Day of Resurrection 00:02:52.639 --> 00:02:54.729 are in the scale of your good deeds. 00:02:54.729 --> 00:02:58.729 If you calculate that this new convert has two or three children, 00:02:58.729 --> 00:03:00.729 and their children likewise, 00:03:00.729 --> 00:03:02.729 it means that every twenty years 00:03:02.729 --> 00:03:04.729 the number will double. 00:03:04.729 --> 00:03:06.729 And after one hundred years, 00:03:06.729 --> 00:03:09.729 the number will have doubled a thousand times. 00:03:09.729 --> 00:03:11.729 Reflect. 00:03:11.729 --> 00:03:13.729 Suppose one hundred years have passed, 00:03:13.729 00:04:34.470 There is a caller to Allah at whose hands seven thousand people embraced Islam. 00:04:34.470 --> 00:04:37.470 And the reason for this caller's own conversion 00:04:37.470 --> 00:04:39.470 was an elderly man in Riyadh 00:04:39.470 --> 00:04:41.850 who gave him a book. 00:04:41.850 --> 00:04:46.850 I know a person at whose hands a priest in Africa was guided, 00:04:46.850 --> 00:04:51.850 and then more than a million people embraced Islam at the hands of that priest. 00:04:51.850 --> 00:04:55.040 Remember that the conversion of one person 00:04:55.040 --> 00:04:57.040 does not mean he is just one; 00:04:57.040 --> 00:05:00.560 rather, it means millions, by the permission of Allah. 00:05:00.560 --> 00:05:02.560 For these millions, 00:05:02.560 --> 00:05:04.560 if they glorify Allah or give charity, 00:05:04.560 --> 00:05:06.560 you have the like of their rewards, 00:05:06.560 --> 00:05:09.560 without their rewards being diminished in the slightest. 00:05:09.560 --> 00:05:14.560 And every step these millions take to the mosque, 00:05:14.560 --> 00:05:16.560 you have the like of its reward. 00:05:16.560 --> 00:05:18.560 If they perform Hajj or fast, 00:05:18.560 --> 00:05:20.560 or strive in the way of Allah or call others to Him, 00:05:20.560 --> 00:05:22.560 or help others, 00:05:22.560 --> 00:05:24.560 you have the like of their reward. 00:05:24.560 --> 00:05:26.560 If they learn and teach, 00:05:26.560 --> 00:05:29.560 and raise children, write books, or establish endowments, 00:05:29.560 --> 00:05:32.560 you have the exact like of it. 00:05:32.560 --> 00:05:35.560 The point is that every deed, whether 00:05:35.560 --> 00:05:39.560 it is verbal, physical, or of the heart, 00:05:39.560 --> 00:05:42.040 you have the like of its reward. 00:05:42.040 --> 00:05:46.040 If Allah bestows His favor upon you and a person embraces Islam at your hands, 00:05:46.040 --> 00:05:49.040 then the deeds of his children and his descendants 00:05:49.040 --> 00:05:53.040 until the Day of Resurrection are in the scales of your good deeds. 00:05:53.040 --> 00:05:55.100 By a simple calculation, 00:05:55.100 --> 00:05:59.100 their number doubles after three hundred years 00:05:59.100 --> 00:06:01.100 to millions of human beings 00:06:01.100 --> 00:06:06.360 whom you were the cause of guiding to Islam. 00:06:06.360 --> 00:06:07.360 Reflect. 00:06:07.360 --> 00:06:11.360 If you were not the cause of that one person's conversion, 00:06:11.360 --> 00:06:14.360 you would lose all those numbers, 00:06:14.360 --> 00:06:18.360 which could reach a million or more. 00:06:18.360 --> 00:06:22.420 Is there any loss greater than this loss? 00:06:22.420 --> 00:06:27.470 Building role models. 00:06:27.470 --> 00:06:29.470 Among the fruits of the call to Allah 00:06:29.470 --> 00:06:32.470 is establishing a society in which 00:06:32.470 --> 00:06:36.470 the qualities of idealism and role modeling are embodied as much as possible, 00:06:36.470 --> 00:06:38.470 just as it happened for the first generation 00:06:38.470 --> 00:06:41.470 in the era of the Prophet (peace be upon him). 00:06:41.470 --> 00:06:43.470 That era 00:06:43.470 --> 00:06:46.470 is the role model for every era after it 00:06:46.470 --> 00:06:48.470 until the Hour is established. 00:06:48.470 --> 00:06:52.470 The people in it were brothers, harmonious, 00:06:52.470 --> 00:06:55.470 cooperating in righteousness and piety, 00:06:55.470 --> 00:06:58.470 upholding the laws of Islam, 00:06:58.470 --> 00:07:00.470 characterized by its morals, 00:07:00.470 --> 00:07:03.470 advising one another, and compassionate. 00:07:03.470 --> 00:07:07.470 As the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 00:07:07.470 --> 00:07:12.470 "The likeness of the believers in their mutual love, mercy, and compassion 00:07:12.470 --> 00:07:14.470 is like the body; 00:07:14.470 --> 00:07:16.470 if one part of it complains, 00:07:16.470 --> 00:07:20.470 the rest of the body joins it in staying awake and suffering from fever." 00:07:20.470 --> 00:07:27.420 Calling to Allah increases faith. 00:07:27.420 --> 00:07:30.420 It is known in the school of the *Ahl al-Sunnah* 00:07:30.420 --> 00:07:33.420 that faith increases and decreases; 00:07:33.420 --> 00:07:36.420 it increases with obedience and decreases with disobedience. 00:07:36.420 --> 00:07:39.420 It has been mentioned in *Sahih Muslim*, 00:07:39.420 --> 00:07:43.420 in the chapter on the prohibition of evil being part of faith, 00:07:43.420 --> 00:07:46.420 that faith increases and decreases, 00:07:46.420 --> 00:07:50.420 and that enjoining good and forbidding evil are obligatory. 00:07:50.420 --> 00:07:54.420 Then he narrated after it the hadith of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him), 00:07:54.420 --> 00:07:59.420 from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he said: 00:07:59.420 --> 00:08:03.420 "Every morning, charity is due from every joint of yours." 00:08:03.420 --> 00:08:06.420 Every glorification of Allah (*tasbih*) is charity, 00:08:06.420 --> 00:08:09.420 every praise of Allah (*tahmid*) is charity, 00:08:09.420 --> 00:08:11.420 every declaration of His oneness (*tahlil*) is charity, 00:08:11.420 --> 00:08:14.420 every declaration of His greatness (*takbir*) is charity, 00:08:14.420 --> 00:08:17.420 enjoining good is charity, 00:08:17.420 --> 00:08:19.420 and forbidding evil is charity. 00:08:19.420 --> 00:08:24.420 And two *rak'ahs* performed at *Duha* (mid-morning) suffice for all of that. 00:08:24.420 --> 00:08:28.889 Life for the hearts. 00:08:28.889 --> 00:08:32.440 In the call to Allah is the life of the hearts. 00:08:32.440 --> 00:08:35.440 In it is stimulation for the lethargic, 00:08:35.440 --> 00:08:37.440 a reminder for the heedless, 00:08:37.440 --> 00:08:40.440 and an increase in the faith of the believers. 00:08:40.440 --> 00:08:44.440 In it is the suppression of the people of desires and falsehood, 00:08:44.440 --> 00:08:46.440 and delight for the workers. 00:08:46.440 --> 00:08:52.440 Its fatigue is a pleasure for those for whom the call to Allah has become the air they breathe. 00:08:52.440 --> 00:08:55.440 Its sweat is not like any other sweat. 00:08:55.440 --> 00:09:01.440 We all break into a sweat when we head to work on the roads, 00:09:01.440 --> 00:09:05.440 while practicing sports and activities, 00:09:05.440 --> 00:09:08.440 or when we ride animals and transport, 00:09:08.440 --> 00:09:11.440 or cook food and grilled dishes. 00:09:11.440 --> 00:09:14.440 But there is a vast difference between one sweat and another, 00:09:15.440 --> 00:09:17.529 and one fatigue and another. 00:09:17.529 --> 00:09:20.529 The greatest of that is the sweat that pours down 00:09:20.529 --> 00:09:23.529 while you stand in the way of Allah for hours 00:09:23.529 --> 00:09:26.529 to distribute pamphlets to tourists, 00:09:26.529 --> 00:09:29.529 or carry boxes of booklets, 00:09:29.529 --> 00:09:33.529 or become exhausted and fall ill in the jungles of Africa 00:09:33.529 --> 00:09:36.529 to become a cause for the guidance of thousands, 00:09:36.529 --> 00:09:38.529 or even millions. 00:09:38.529 --> 00:09:41.759 By my life, there is no fatigue or sweat 00:09:41.759 --> 00:09:44.759 more honorable or beautiful than this. 00:09:46.679 --> 00:09:49.289 Steadfastness for the truth. 00:09:49.289 --> 00:09:52.289 In performing the call to Allah the Exalted, 00:09:52.289 --> 00:09:55.289 and continuing it in all aspects 00:09:55.289 --> 00:09:57.289 and in all circumstances, 00:09:57.289 --> 00:09:59.289 there is steadfastness for the truth, 00:09:59.289 --> 00:10:01.289 a repulsion of falsehood, 00:10:01.289 --> 00:10:03.289 a support for the religion, 00:10:03.289 --> 00:10:05.289 and the preservation of the victorious group 00:10:05.289 --> 00:10:08.289 promised with emergence and victory 00:10:08.289 --> 00:10:11.289 over everyone who opposes the true religion, 00:10:11.289 --> 00:10:15.289 the people of innovation, sects, and those of desires and doubts, 00:10:15.289 --> 00:10:18.289 in every time and place. 00:10:18.289 --> 00:10:21.289 As the Prophet (peace be upon him) said 00:10:21.289 --> 00:10:24.360 in the agreed-upon hadith: 00:10:24.360 --> 00:10:28.360 "A group of my Ummah will continue to be manifest upon the truth; 00:10:28.360 --> 00:10:31.360 Those who abandon them will not harm them. 00:10:31.360 --> 00:10:34.360 They will remain in that state until the command of Allah comes to pass. 00:10:34.360 --> 00:10:41.500 It involves securing benefits and warding off harms. 00:10:41.500 --> 00:10:45.500 In the context of Da'wah, it involves securing and increasing benefits. 00:10:45.500 --> 00:10:50.500 And warding off and minimizing harms in societies as much as possible. 00:10:50.500 --> 00:10:53.500 For it halts corruption and vice. 00:10:53.500 --> 00:10:55.500 As well as narcotics and injustice. 00:10:55.500 --> 00:10:59.500 It spreads virtue, security, safety, and reform. 00:10:59.500 --> 00:11:03.500 It halts proselytization, deviation, and atheism. 00:11:03.500 --> 00:11:05.500 As well as superstitions and polytheism. 00:11:05.500 --> 00:11:07.500 And it spreads the message of Tawhid. 00:11:07.500 --> 00:11:10.009 Many thinkers acknowledge. 00:11:10.009 --> 00:11:15.009 And many Western media outlets and research centers. 00:11:15.009 --> 00:11:18.009 That Islam is the primary religion. 00:11:18.009 --> 00:11:21.009 And the most rapidly spreading in the world. 00:11:21.009 --> 00:11:27.539 It solves problems within society. 00:11:27.539 --> 00:11:31.539 Including the resolution of issues related to communities. 00:11:31.539 --> 00:11:33.539 Intellectually and socially. 00:11:33.539 --> 00:11:36.539 As well as morally and behaviorally. 00:11:36.539 --> 00:11:40.539 The persistence of which is among the causes of destruction and ruin. 00:11:40.539 --> 00:11:43.600 For if a human being follows his own intellect and desires. 00:11:43.600 --> 00:11:46.600 And isolates himself from divine revelation. 00:11:46.600 --> 00:11:49.600 Then he is inevitably doomed. 00:11:49.600 --> 00:11:54.600 Da'wah is a clarification of the path of salvation for all of humanity. 00:11:54.600 --> 00:11:58.600 The religion of Allah is the guide to every good. 00:11:58.600 --> 00:12:01.600 It is the effective cure for all human ailments. 00:12:01.600 --> 00:12:05.600 Intellectual, behavioral, and otherwise.
