Surat Fatir
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
God holds the heavens and the earth lest they pass away
Even if it disappears if anyone takes possession of it after him
He was kind and forgiving
God holds the heavens and the earth so that they do not move from their places
Even if they were removed, no one would hold them except them
Indeed, God is forbearing towards whomever He associates with Him in hastening His torment
Forgiving of the sins of those who repent
And they swore to God their strongest oaths that a warner would come to them
If a warner comes to them, they will be more guided than any of the nations
When a warner came to them, it only increased their aversion
These polytheists swore the strongest oaths and went to extremes in them
Because if a warner comes to them from God, he warns them of God’s punishment
So that I may follow the path of truth
They are more accepting of him than any of the nations that came before them
When Muhammad came to them, warning them of God’s punishment for their disbelief
The coming of the warner only increased their faith in God in flight
And when there came to them from God someone who had guided them, they were not warned except the Sunnah of the ancients
You will not find any change in the Sunnah of God
You will not find any change in the Sunnah of God
Flee out of arrogance in the land and a bad deception
This is because they turned away the weak from following him
Bad deception is only inflicted on those who do it
Do these polytheists wait for anything other than that My vengeance befalls them for their polytheism, just as I imposed upon those before them?
O Muhammad, you will not find any change in the Sunnah of God
You will not find any change in the Sunnah of God in His creation
Because there is no turning back to his decree
Did they not travel through the land and see what was the end of those before them, who were more powerful than them?
Nothing in the heavens or on earth is impossible for God to do
Indeed, He was All-Knowing and All-Powerful
O Muhammad, did these polytheists not walk in the land whose people We destroyed because of their disbelief?
They are merchants who travel to the Levant
Then they will see what was the end of the nations before them
Did we not destroy them and destroy their dwellings?
They were stronger and more brutal than them
It will not be impossible for Him to do to them what He did to those who hastened vengeance
These polytheists who worship God will not fail us if we want to destroy them
Because God would not be unable to do anything He wants in the heavens or on earth
He was aware of His creation and what is
He is able to take revenge on whomever he wants
And granting success to those who wish to them to faith
If God were to hold people accountable for what they have earned, He would not leave a single animal on its back
But He delays them for a specified period
When their time comes, God is ever Seeing of His servants
Even if God punishes people for the sins and transgressions they have committed
No animal was left on its back to move around
But He will postpone their punishment for what they have earned for a period known to Him
When the time for their punishment comes, then God is ever Seeing of His servants
Who deserves to be punished and who deserves dignity?
