Narrated by Abu Dawud in his Sunan with an authentic chain of transmission
On the authority of Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, he said
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, invaded Khaybar
We attacked it by force, and the captives gathered
Abu Dawud narrated in his Sunan with an authentic chain of transmission to Al-Zuhri, who said:
I have been informed that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
Khaybar was conquered by force after fighting
Some of its people were evacuated after the fighting
Abu Dawud narrated it in his Sunan with an authentic mursal chain of transmission
On the authority of Bashir bin Yasar, he said:
When God granted Khaybar to His Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
Divide it into thirty-six shares
Collect one hundred shares for each share
He isolated half of it for its calamities and what befalls it
Al-Watiha and Al-Katiba and what happened with them
He isolated the other half and divided it among the Muslims
Al-Shaqq, Al-Natah, and what is associated with them
It was the arrow of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
While I am with them
Imam Al-Bayhaqi said
This is because some of Khaybar was conquered by force and some by force
He divided what was conquered by force between the people of the fifth and the spoils
He isolated what was opened in peace for his deputies
And what is needed in the interests of Muslims, and God knows best
It was narrated by Imam Muslim in his Sahih and Abu Dawud in his Sunan

On the authority of Abdullah bin Omar, may God be pleased with them both, he said
When Khaybar was conquered
The Jews asked the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
To approve them to work on half of what comes out of it

I approve of it whatever we want

Dates were divided into two shares from half of Khaybar

Imam Al-Nawawi said
This indicates that Khaybar was conquered by force
Because the two arrows were for the two spoils
And he said, “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, takes one-fifth.”
That is, he pays it to whoever deserves it
They are five types mentioned in the Almighty’s saying
And they knew that you had spoiled something
A fifth of it belongs to God, to the Messenger, to relatives, to the orphans, the needy, and the wayfarer
So he takes one-fifth for himself and one of the fifth
The remaining fifths of the fifth are spent
To the remaining four categories
Imam bin Al-Qayyim said
What is undoubtedly correct is that it was opened by force
The imam has a choice in the land of force
Between its oath and its end
Some were divided and some were stopped

So Gereida and Al-Nadhir divided
He did not divide Mecca
He divided the two sides of Khaybar

So they agreed with him that they would be evacuated from it
And for them is what their passengers carry

If they do, they have no obligation or protection

They collected Khaybar on the condition that they get a share of every crop, palm tree and thing

Ibn Sayyid al-Nas said
In this case, it opened a reconciliation
And the peace was broken
So it happened by force
Then a fifth of it was given to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
And he divided it
