The constants of religion between the people of extremism and the extremists
The extremists consider some or all of the fundamental principles of religion to be different from their proper place
It does not deny or cancel these constants
Rather, what is required is to download them to their correct places
And an explanation of its legal rulings
They are called constants because they are fixed and necessarily known from religion
Such as loyalty, disavowal, arbitration by God’s law, and jihad for the sake of God
And the provisions of disbelief and faith that alienate people from by calling them the term takfir
And takfir is used without consideration because its conditions are met and its impediments are absent
It is undoubtedly exaggeration and extremism that is rejected
But if the provisions of takfir are controlled by Sharia controls
The conditions are fulfilled and the impediments are not present, then it would not be an exaggeration
Rather, it is one of the rulings of religion that scholars have mentioned extensively
As in the chapter on the rulings on apostasy and apostates from the approved books of jurisprudence
