In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammari Surah Al-Mulk In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He has power over all things Praise and exalt the One in whose hand is the dominion and authority of this world and the hereafter His command and judgment are effective in them He has power to do whatever He wants, and nothing prevents Him from doing it No disability prevents him from doing so Who created death and life to test you as to which of you is best in deed He is the Mighty, the Forgiving Who created death and life So he killed whoever he wanted and whatever he wanted He revived whoever he wanted and whatever he wanted for a specified period To test you and see which of you, people, is more obedient to him And no one seeks His satisfaction faster He is strong and severe in taking revenge on those who disobeyed him and violated his command Forgiving is the sins of those who turn to Him and repent of their sins Who created seven heavens in layers What disparity do you see in the creation of the Most Gracious? So return your sight. Do you see breakfast? Then return the sight twice Sight turns to you He conveys sight in despair while he is despondent Who created the seven heavens, layer upon layer Some on top of each other What do you see in the creation of the Most Gracious who created? Neither in heaven nor on earth nor in any other matter He looked closely and saw any cracks in it Then he returned sight to the son of Adam again and again See whether you see breakfast or disparity Your sight returns to you, small and distant, and it is a helper We have adorned the lower heaven with lamps And We made them stoning places for the devils We are accustomed to the torment of the Blaze for them We have adorned the lower heaven with shining stars And We made the lamps with which we adorned the lower heaven Stone the devils with stones And We are accustomed to the devils in the afterlife to the torment of the blazing fire And for those who disbelieve in their Lord is the torment of Hell and an evil destination When they throw it into it, they will hear it gasping and fizzing And for those who disbelieve in their Lord, who created them in this world, is the torment of Hell in the Hereafter What an evil destination is the torment of Hell if the disbelievers are cast into Hell They heard her inhaling, which was the sound that came out of the stomach loudly as she was boiling It is almost distinct from the rage Every time a group was thrown into it, its keeper asked them: Has there not come to you a warner? They said, “Yes, a warner has come to us.” We lied and said, “God has not sent down anything. You are only in great error.” Hell is almost scattered and cut off from the rage against its people Every time a group is thrown into Hell, a group of its keepers ask them: Has there not come to you in this world, warning you of this torment in which you are? So the poor people answered them and said, “Yes, a warner has come to us warning us.” So we denied him and said to him, “God has not sent down anything. You are only far away from the truth.” They said, “If we had listened or reasoned, we would not have been among the companions of the Blaze.” So they confessed their sin, so shame on the companions of the Blaze The regiment who was thrown into the fire said to the treasurer: If we were in this world to hear or understand the vows, they would not have given us advice Or do we make sense of what they were calling us to do? We would not be among the people of Hell today. So they acknowledged their sin, so far away from the people of Hell. Those who fear their Lord in the unseen will have forgiveness, and they will have forgiveness and a great reward Those who fear their Lord in the unseen and have not seen Him will receive pardon from God for their sins and a reward from God for their fear of Him in the unseen. Conceal your words and say them openly. Indeed, He is All-Knowing of what is in the breasts. He does not know who He created, and He is the Gentle, the All-Aware And hide your speech and words, O people, or announce it and show it. Indeed, He has knowledge of the consciences of the breasts that He did not speak. So how, with what he uttered and spoke, did he hide it or declare it, so that the Lord does not know Galath Naha from any of his creation So how can His creation, which He created, be hidden from Him when He is kind to His servants and is All-Knowing of them and their deeds? It is He who made the earth subservient to you, so walk on its slopes and eat of His provision, and to Him is the resurrection It is God who made the earth a plain for you, who made it easy for you, so walk in its sides, that is, in its sides and sides. And eat of God’s provision which He has brought forth for you from the depths of the earth, and to God He will raise you up from your graves Did you feel safe from the one in the sky that the earth would swallow you up and see that it was dying? Or do you feel confident that He who is in heaven will send against you a judge? Then you will know what a warner he is Do you feel safe from those in the sky, O disbelievers, that the earth will swallow you up, and then the earth will go and come and rejoice with you? Or do you believe that He who is in heaven, namely God, will send upon you dust containing small pebbles? Then you will know, O infidels, what the outcome of My warner will be to you when you denied it and referred it to My Messenger. Those before them had lied, so how could he have been denied? And those before these polytheists from the Quraysh from the empty nations denied their messengers So how objectionable was Nakir’s denial of them? Have they not seen the birds flying above them, flying and flying? No one holds them except the Most Merciful. He is All-Seeing of all things Have these polytheists not seen the birds above them, with their wings spread out and sometimes clenching their wings? No bird holds the clouds above you except the Most Merciful They have a valid basis if they consider it They know that their Lord is one and has no partner God has insight and experience in all things There is no defect in his management and no disparity is seen in his creation Is this not the one who is a soldier for you who will support you instead of the Most Gracious? Indeed, the disbelievers are only in delusion Who is this who is a soldier for you, oh you who disbelieve in him, who will help you instead of the Most Merciful if he intends evil for you? He will pay for you whatever he wants from you The disbelievers in God are only in the delusion of their belief that their gods will bring them closer to God And it benefits or harms Is this the one who provides for you safe if he holds back his provision? Rather, they resorted to hostility and aversion Is this the one who feeds you, gives you drink, and provides your sustenance, if he withholds from you the sustenance that he provides for you? Rather, they persisted in tyranny, aversion from the truth, and arrogance Is he who walks prostrate on his face more calm than walking straight? Safe to walk on a straight path O people, who walks with his face lying down, not seeing what is in front of him and what is to his right and left? He is more upright on the path and more direct, he is more secure in walking as the human beings walk on my feet on the path of turmoil and he enters it. Say: It is He who created you and gave you hearing and sight and hearts. Little are you thankful Say, “It is He who produced you on earth, and to Him you will be gathered.” Say, O Muhammad, to those polytheists who deny the resurrection It is God who created you and created you and gave you reputation with which you hear, eyes with which you see, and hearts with which you reason. You rarely thank your Lord for these blessings that He has bestowed upon you Say, “O Muhammad, it is God who created you on earth, and to God you will be gathered, and you will be gathered from your graves to a stand of reckoning.” And they say: When will this promise come, if you are truthful? Say, “Knowledge is only with God, but I am a clear warner.” The polytheists say, “When will the gathering to God happen?” If you are truthful in your promise to us, you will not promise us Tell, O Muhammad, to those who are hastening for you to suffer punishment and the Day of Judgment The knowledge of the Hour and when the Resurrection will occur is with God, and no one else knows that I am only a warner to you, warning you of the punishment of God for your disbelief in Him. He has made clear to you a warning When they saw it as an evil disgrace on the faces of those who disbelieved, it was said: This is what you were calling upon When these polytheists saw the punishment of God approaching and witnessed it May God make the faces of the unbelievers miserable And he said to them: This is the torment with which you used to remember your Lord to hasten it for you Say: Have you considered, if God destroys me and those with me or has mercy on us, then who will protect the disbelievers from a painful punishment? Say, O Muhammad, to the polytheists among your people: What do you think, O people, if God destroyed me and killed me and those with me? Or have mercy on us and delay our term. Who will protect the disbelievers in God from a painful and painful punishment? The infidels do not save us from the punishment of God, our death and our lives There is no need for you to rush the Day of Judgment and the coming of torment This is of no benefit to you. Rather, this is a great calamity for you Say: He is the Most Merciful. We believe in Him and we put our trust in Him. Then you will know who is in clear error Say, O Muhammad, our Lord is the Most Merciful, we believe in Him, we rely on Him in our affairs, and we trust Him in them Then you will know, O polytheists of God, that He is departing from the truth Which is not on a straight path from us or from you if we reach it and gather us all together Say, “Have you seen that if your water becomes deep, who will bring you sufficient water?” Say, O Muhammad, to these polytheists: What do you think, O people who are just in God? If your water becomes deep, buckets will not reach it. Whoever brings you water will see it clear to the eyes
