Blaming ignorance
Abdullah bin Masoud, may God be pleased with him, said
How will you be if temptation overwhelms you?
The old one grows old in it
The little ones are raised there
People take it as a tradition
If I change it, they say:
Changed the year
They said
And when is that, Abu Abdul Rahman?
He said
If you have many readers
And I said your jurists
Your princes have increased
And I said your secretaries
And touching this world with the work of the afterlife
Urwa bin Al-Zubair, may God have mercy on him, said
Son, learn
For if you are a small group of people
May you be their pride
And worse
What is uglier than an ignorant old man?
And the poet was honest
Days are of no use when you count them
She did not gain any knowledge or merit from them
It was said to Imam Ahmed, may God have mercy on him
A man has 500 dirhams
You think he should spend it on conquest and jihad
Or seek knowledge
He said
If he is ignorant and seeks knowledge, he is more beloved to me
He said, may God have mercy on him
I am amazed at those who are discouraged from seeking knowledge
They cite Al-Fadhil, may God have mercy on him
Perhaps virtue has had enough
Only an ignorant person is discouraged from seeking knowledge
Some of them said
In ignorance before death, there is death for its family
Their bodies are graves before the graves
Their souls are more desolate than their bodies
And they don't even have a post
Condemning imitation and forbidding it
And what was mentioned in fanaticism
On the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, may God be pleased with him, he said
Let not one man among you say he is the same religion as another man
If he is safe, he is safe
And if he disbelieves, he disbelieves
If you must do it
Some of them have died
The neighborhood is not safe from temptation
Imam Malik, may God have mercy on him, said
But I am human, I make mistakes and I am right
So look at my opinion
Whatever agrees with the Qur’an and Sunnah, take it
Unless it agrees with the Qur’an and Sunnah, then they abandon it
It was said to Imam Ahmed, may God have mercy on him
Boutros was a man who heard the opinion of Abdullah bin Al-Mubarak, may God have mercy on him
He gives his fatwa
He said
This is the narrowness of man's knowledge
He imitates in his religion a man who is not extensive in knowledge
Blame the boasting of one's account
A man said to Imam Ahmed, may God have mercy on him
O Abu Abdullah
I have learned that you are an Arab man
Which Arab are you from?
And he said
We are poor people
And what do we do with this?
Ibn al-Rumi, may God have mercy on him, said well
Don't be proud of anything except what you do
Do not think that glory is inherited by lineage
A person does not prevail except by his action
And if he counts noble fathers as relatives, it is sufficient
If the stick does not bear fruit, even if it is a branch
One of the fruits that people used for firewood
What is recommended in this sense is the saying of the speaker
It is the fatta who says here I am
It is not a boy who says he was my father
