Objectives of the Holy Quran
The Holy Qur’an has many purposes and objectives
Among them are guidance, miracles, and worship through its recitation
Good news is for believers and warning is for unbelievers and hypocrites
Explaining the path of the believers and the path of the criminals
Governance and human policy
And make hearts firm and reassured by Him
And so on
However, its main objectives are what was mentioned
These are the first three
Worship by reciting it
God Almighty
He has placed a great reward on reciting the Holy Qur’an
God Almighty said
Those who recite the Book of God and establish prayer
And they spent from what We provided them, secretly and openly
They hope that trade will not fail
To pay them their wages and increase them of His bounty
He is Forgiving and Thankful
Mutarrif bin Abdullah used to say:
This is the verse of the readers
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Whoever reads a letter from the Book of God
He has good deeds
A good deed is multiplied tenfold
I do not say alif or meem as a letter
But a thousand letters
And no letter
And meem is a letter
Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi
He, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
He is skilled in the Qur’an with the honorable and honorable traveller
He who reads the Qur’an and stumbles over it, and it is difficult for him
He has two wages
Agreed
