Surat Al-Saffat
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
So we threw him out in the open while he was sick
And We caused a pumpkin tree to grow over it
So we threw it into space from Earth
Where nothing, whether trees or anything else, hides it
He is sick, like the appearance of a dead boy
Raw meat
And We caused a tree to grow over Yunus, one of the trees that does not stand on a stem
Every tree does not stand on a stem
Such as bears, watermelon, bitter melon, and the like
According to the Arabs, it is a pumpkin
We sent it to a hundred thousand or more
So they believed, so We gave them enjoyment for a while
So We sent Yunus to a hundred thousand people
Or more than one hundred thousand
It was reported on the authority of Ibn Abbas that he says:
Rather, they increase
They united with God who sent Yunus to them
So We delayed the torment from them
We entertained them until their time of death was reached
So ask them, O God of your Lord, for daughters and for them are sons
Or did We create the angels as human beings and they are witnesses?
Ask, O Muhammad, the polytheist of your people from the Quraish
God has daughters and you have sons
It was mentioned that the polytheists of Quraish used to say:
Angels are daughters of God and they worship them
Or did these polytheists testify?
Angels are daughters of God
I created angels and I created them as human beings
They witnessed this testimony
They described angels as human beings
Indeed, they are the ones who have deceived them to speak
God was born, and they are liars
Except that these polytheists are the ones who tell lies
God was born, and indeed they are liars in their saying that
Girls line up over boys
What is the matter with you, how do you judge?
Don't you remember?
O people, God has chosen girls over boys
What a miserable judgment you judge, O people
That God has daughters and you have sons
And you do not satisfy girls for yourselves
Don't you think about what you say?
Then they realized his mistake and stopped talking about it
Or do you have clear authority?
Then bring your letter if you are truthful
Do you have an argument that demonstrates its validity to those who hear it based on the truth of what you say?
So bring your evidence from a book that came to you from God
If you are honest, you have an argument for that
And establish a lineage between him and Paradise
And Paradise knows that they will be brought
Glory be to God for what they describe
Except sincere servants of God
And put these polytheists between God and Paradise by lineage
Some of them said
God and Satan are brothers
It was said that they said angels are daughters of God
They said heaven is the angels
Heaven knows that they will face torment in Hell
It purifies God and disavows Him from what these polytheists add to Him
Paradise has been filled with those who said
Angels are daughters of God
For those who bring torment
Except for the servants of God whom He has saved for His mercy and created for His Paradise
For you and what you worship
What a beautiful person you are
Except for the one who is righteous in hell
For you are polytheists of God and the gods and idols that you worship
You are not following what you worship other than God by misguiding anyone
Except for those whom God has written will reach Hell
None of us has a known position
Indeed, we are the pure ones who praise
There are none of us, angels, except those who have a known position in heaven
Indeed, we are pure to God and to worship Him
And we are the ones who pray to him
Even if they would say
If only we had a male among the first
But we are faithful servants of God
If they disbelieve in him, they will know
The polytheists of Quraish used to say before Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, was sent to them
If only we had a book sent down from heaven like the Torah and the Gospel
Or a prophet who came to us like the one who came to the Jews and Christians
But we are the servants of God whom He has most sincerely devoted to worshiping Him and whom He has chosen for His Paradise
When the message came to them from God, they disbelieved in it
They will know, if they respond to me, what punishment they will have for their disbelief in that
We have already spoken to our valiant servants
They are the ones who will be helped
If We recruit them, they will prevail
Judgment and judgment have passed from us to our messengers
They have victory and victory through arguments
Our party and the people of our state have victory over the people who disbelieve in us
So turn away from them for a while
And see them, and they will see
Are they hastening to punish us?
When he descends on their courtyard, the morning of those who warn people will be bad
So turn away from them until Our torment comes
And look at them, they will see what our punishment will befall them
So, when Our torment descends upon them, will they hasten you, O Muhammad?
If the punishment of God befalls these people
So miserable was the morning of the people who were warned by our Messenger but did not believe him
And turn away from them for a while
And see, and they will see
And turn away, O Muhammad, from these polytheists
Until God permits their destruction
And look at them, they will see what our punishment will befall them
Glory be to your Lord, Lord of glory above what they describe
And peace be upon the messengers
Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds
Praise your Lord, O Muhammad, and disavow Him
Lord of strength and oppression
What describes these slanderers when they say “God is born”?
And they say angels are daughters of God
And other than their polytheism and their slander against their Lord
And security from God for the messengers whom He sent to their nations
From the fear of the Day of Greater Torment
And other hateful things
Praise be to God, Lord of the heavy
Purely and nothing else
