A summary of the concepts of Ahl al-Sunnah.
The term "us and the other."
It is a deviant term.
It has begun to appear in recent years in a way that dilutes the doctrine of loyalty and disavowal.
And it confuses and obscures it.
For the one who uses it feels ashamed to openly label as disbelievers and polytheists those who have not entered Islam.
The practice of those who obscure things
is to propose alternative names for the disbeliever or disbelievers.
Such as their saying, instead of that, "non-Muslims."
And when they saw that this designation also contained something of frankness and harshness,
according to their perception,
they abandoned that for the word "the other."
So they turned away from the Qur'an's designation of them as disbelievers.
This is due to the discomfort in their hearts regarding the verses that contradict the alleged call to humanity.
And Allah, the Almighty, says:
“(It is) a Scripture that is revealed unto thee (Muhammad) - so let there be no heaviness in thy heart therefrom - that thou mayst warn thereby, and (it is) a Reminder unto believers.” (7:2)

Similarly, the proponents of ignorant nationalism
intend by the term "the other"
those who are not sons of the homeland.
Even if they are pious Muslims.
This is a different meaning from the previous one.
But it is an act that perpetuates partisanship and tribalism for the homeland.
And it demolishes the doctrine of loyalty and disavowal,
upon which allegiance and enmity must be based.
