On the authority of Hakim Ibn Hazzam, may God be pleased with him
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
The best charity or the best charity is the absence of singing.
The high hand is better than the low hand.

Meaning
The best charity is the one whose giver remains enriched with what he has left
And appreciate it
The best charity is that which leaves behind wealth for its giver
He uses it to reflect his interests and needs
