Established prophetic traditions
Read Surat Al-Ikhlas and Al-Mu'awwidhatain before sleeping
On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her
That the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
He would go to bed every night
Enough collection
Then he blew on them and recited the Qur’an
Say: God is one
And say, I seek refuge in the Lord of Creation
And say, I seek refuge in the Lord of people
Then he wipes as much of his body as he can with them
He starts with them on his head and face
And what is more acceptable than his body
He does this three times
