He is one of the righteous 00:10:53.440 --> 00:10:58.399 And We came to Lot as a judge between the adversaries 00:10:58.399 --> 00:11:04.399 And We gave him knowledge of his religion and the obligations that he owes to God 00:11:04.399 --> 00:11:11.399 And We saved him from Our torment, which We inflicted on the people of the village that used to do evil things 00:11:11.399 --> 00:11:16.399 It is the village of Sodom, to whose people Lot was sent 00:11:16.399 --> 00:11:22.399 They were evil people, violating God's command and disobeying Him 00:11:22.399 --> 00:11:28.399 We admitted Lot into our mercy by saving him from torment 00:11:28.399 --> 00:11:35.399 Lot was one of those who obeyed us and obeyed our command 00:11:35.399 --> 00:11:46.460 And Noah, when he called before, so We responded to him and saved him and his family from great distress 00:11:46.460 --> 00:12:02.289 And We helped him from the people who denied Our signs. Indeed, they were an evil people, so We drowned them all 00:12:02.289 --> 00:12:06.289 And remember, O Muhammad, Noah, when he called upon his Lord before you 00:12:06.289 --> 00:12:09.289 And by Abraham and Lot 00:12:09.289 --> 00:12:15.289 He asked us to destroy his people who denied God, so we answered his prayer 00:12:15.289 --> 00:12:25.289 And We saved him and the people of faith from his offspring and a refuge for them from the torment that befell the deniers from the flood and drowning 00:12:25.289 --> 00:12:32.350 And We helped Noah against the people who rejected Our arguments and evidence, so We saved him from them 00:12:33.350 --> 00:12:41.350 Noah's people were evil people who did bad deeds, disobeyed God and disobeyed His command 00:12:41.350 --> 00:12:59.019 And David and Solomon when they judged the letter, when the people’s sheep scattered therein, and we were witnesses to their judgment. 00:12:59.019 --> 00:13:19.019 So Solomon made it understandable, and to both of them we were given wisdom and knowledge, and with David we made the mountains sing their praises and the birds, and we were active. 00:13:19.019 --> 00:13:25.730 And remember David and Solomon, O Muhammad, when they ruled over the edge of the earth 00:13:25.730 --> 00:13:32.730 When I entered into this field, the other people's sheep seized it the night it was plowed and spoiled it 00:13:32.730 --> 00:13:39.730 We were for the judgment of David and Solomon and the people among whom they judged regarding what spoiled the sheep of the people of the sheep 00:13:39.730 --> 00:13:47.730 There are two witnesses from whom nothing is hidden from us, so we understood the issue in this regard: Solomon, not David 00:13:47.730 --> 00:13:54.730 They are all from David, Solomon, and the apostles whom he mentioned at the beginning of this Surah 00:13:54.730 --> 00:14:03.730 We were given prophecy and knowledge of God’s decrees, and We made the mountains and birds subservient with David to swim with him when he swam 00:14:03.730 --> 00:14:14.730 We had already decreed that I am the doer of that and the one who subjugates the mountains and the birds in the Mother of the Book with David, peace and blessings be upon him 00:14:14.730 --> 00:14:28.399 We taught him to make clothing for you to protect you from your punishment, so are you thankful? 00:14:28.399 --> 00:14:38.009 David taught us how to make a weapon for yourself, to protect you from being killed when you wear it and meet your enemies with it 00:14:38.009 --> 00:14:50.009 Do you, people, thank God for His blessings upon you, with what He taught you about the craftsmanship of fortified clothing in war and other of His blessings upon you? 00:14:50.009 --> 00:15:06.740 And for Solomon, the wind is a storm that flows at his command to the land which We have blessed and have knowledge of all things 00:15:06.740 --> 00:15:19.639 And We subjected to Solomon the son of David the wind, a storm and its winds, and the intensity of its blows, and the winds flowed by Solomon’s command to the Levant, which We had blessed. 00:15:19.639 --> 00:15:29.639 Our action to Suleiman, in terms of us subservient to him and giving him what we were given in terms of dominion and good character, was with our knowledge 00:15:29.639 --> 00:15:34.639 We know everything and nothing is hidden from us 00:15:35.639 --> 00:15:49.250 And among the devils are those who delve into Him and do work other than that, and We are their protectors 00:15:49.250 --> 00:16:02.080 We also subjected Solomon to the devils who would dive for him in the sea and do other work than that, such as building buildings, statues, and fighting. 00:16:02.080 --> 00:16:06.080 We were guardians of their deeds and their numbers 00:16:06.080 --> 00:16:12.320 Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
