A verse and its Tafsir
Allah the Exalted says:
"But if you dislike them, perhaps you dislike a thing while Allah places much good within it."
Among the manifestations of this "much good"
are noble and righteous children.
For a man may grow weary of his wife and dislike her,
yet she subsequently bears him children who are noble and righteous, bringing joy to his eyes.
Consequently, her status in his estimation rises because of them.
We have witnessed many such instances.
