Spending knowledge, teaching it, and codifying it
Salman Al-Farsi, may God be pleased with him, said
Knowledge that cannot be said about
Like a treasure that cannot be spent
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, he said
Good teacher
He asks for forgiveness for everything
Even a whale in the sea
Abu Umamah, may God be pleased with him, was
If they sit to him, he says
Listen and think
Report to us what you hear
It was narrated on the authority of Habib Ibn Abi Thabit
He said
Saeed bin Jubair, may God have mercy on him, told me
Because spreading knowledge is more beloved to me than taking it to my grave
On the authority of Al-Zuhri, may God have mercy on him, he said:
Knowledge is quickly acquired
Spreading knowledge stabilizes religion and the world
In the disappearance of knowledge, all of that is lost
He also said, may God have mercy on him
Beware of fraudulent books
I said, what are its consequences?
He said he locked her away from her family
On the authority of Ataan Al-Khurasani, may God have mercy on him, he said:
I trust my work to myself
Spreading knowledge
Ibn Uyaynah, may God have mercy on him, was asked about piety and he said
Piety is the pursuit of knowledge by which piety is known
Among some people, this means prolonged silence and lack of speech
And so it is
To me, the knowledgeable speaker is better and more pious than the silent, ignorant person
Imam Malik, may God have mercy on him, used to say:
No one with knowledge should leave education
And when Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al Mubarak felt, may God have mercy on him
They want his time, he said
I have never regretted anything, as much as I regret the knowledge between me
I couldn't pass it on to anyone yet

The position and status of the Sunnah
He condemned those who used the Qur’an as evidence and rejected the Sunnah
On the authority of Hassan bin Attiya, may God have mercy on him, he said:
Gabriel used to descend upon the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, according to the Sunnah
It is also revealed to him in the Qur’an
On the authority of Saeed bin Jubair, may God have mercy on him
One day he narrated a hadith on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
A man from Mecca said
There is nothing in the Book of God that contradicts this
Saeed became very angry
He said, “Don’t I see that you are opposing the Book of God?”
With the hadith of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
He was the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
I know the Book of God better than you
Muhammad bin Ismail al-Tirmidhi, may God have mercy on him, said
It was me and Ahmed bin Al-Hasan Al-Tirmidhi, may God have mercy on him
By Ahmed bin Hanbal, may God have mercy on him
Ahmed bin Al-Hassan said to him
O Abu Abdullah
They mentioned to Ibn Abi Qutayla in Mecca the companions of hadith
The companions of hadith said: They are a bad people
So Abu Abdullah got up, shook off his dress and said
Heretic heretic heretic
And he entered the house
Imam Ahmed bin Hanbal, may God have mercy on him, said
When asked about the hadith that was narrated
The Sunnah is superior to the Book
He said: I dare not say this
But the Sunnah explains and clarifies the Book
He said, may God have mercy on him
Whoever rejects the hadith of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
It is on your lips
The position of the predecessors on those who said the Qur’an is created
It was said to Jaafar bin Muhammad Al-Sadiq, may God have mercy on him
The Qur’an is created or created
He said, “There is neither a creator nor a created being.”
But it is the word of God
Sufyan Al-Thawri, may God have mercy on him, said
Whoever claims that God is one created being

Do not walk with him on the road

Except they deny whoever said it

And whoever stops at the Qur’an with doubt
He did not say that He is not created
It is as if he said he is a created being
Abdul Malik bin Al-Majshun, may God have mercy on him, said
I heard many of our scholars say
The Qur’an is the uncreated word of God
