The rule is inherited among its members
A republic exists in democratic systems
While ownership is often in dictatorial regimes
But the West has some monarchical countries with a democratic system
Where the king is merely a symbol of rule and has limited powers
As for the actual power
It will be for the Prime Minister and his government, affiliated with the winning party
Parliamentary elections according to the democratic system

England and Belgium
