Atonement
Takfir is condemning someone accused of disbelief
Whether it is original disbelief like the Jew or the Christian
Or he was a Muslim and apostatized from Islam
By falling into an act of disbelief
Atonement is a right of God Almighty
It has nothing to do with personal desire, lust or passion
It cannot be achieved unless its conditions are met and its impediments are absent
Such as coercion, error, ignorance, or misinterpretation
The Sunnis are in the middle in terms of takfir among the Kharijites
Those who disbelieve in every sin
Without taking into account the conditions and restrictions
And the Murji'ah are those who judge an action to be disbelief
But they do not make the specific perpetrator of it a disbeliever
Unless he declares his ungratefulness and his permissibility
They do not have blasphemy and arrogance
Nor is the blasphemy of mockery
It is sufficient for them to pronounce the Shahada
Until they become Muslims
Even if the actions and words of the heart were absent for him
Even if the entire gender of the work is absent from him
The Sunnis and the community do not disbelieve in every sin
They only disbelieve in the sin that the texts say is blasphemy
Like abandoning prayer at all
And ruling by other than what God has revealed
He insulted the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, and insulted his religion
And so on
And they do not disbelieve the helper
Unless the conditions for his atonement are met and the impediments are not present
They do not limit this to ungratefulness and permissibility
Because disbelief according to Sunnis occurs in many matters
Including belief
Such as the belief that God has a rival and partner in His lordship, divinity, or names and attributes
Including the permissibility of forbidden things
Making sins permissible is disbelief in itself, even if the person making it permissible does not do it
Permissibility is not a condition for disbelief
Except in sins that are less than disbelief and polytheism
As for actions that are disbelief and polytheism
Such as prostrating to idols and cursing the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace
It is not required that its action be permissible in order for its perpetrator to be labeled as a disbeliever
Rather, it is described as such simply by doing it, even if it is not permissible to do so
As long as the conditions are met and the obstacles are eliminated
And disbelief with the tongue becomes the detriment of God and His Messenger
He praised polytheism, satirized the prophets and angels, and mocked Sharia law
Disbelief in action is like fighting the prophets
He supports the infidels against the Muslims and insults the Qur’an
He slaughters or prostrates to other than God, or legislates other than God
