"And the garment of righteousness—that is best."

This indicates the necessary correlation between the clothing of the body and the clothing of righteousness.

The first covers the body and adorns it.

The second covers the heart and purifies it.

feels shame at being uncovered and finds it repulsive.

And whoever strips themselves of righteousness,

permits the exposure of their body and the revealing of their private parts.

They persist in this,

until they become among those who advocate for the exposure of private parts.

That is a regression of the natural disposition (fitra) and a subversion of it.
