Allegiance
The pledge of allegiance is a contract between the subjects or their representative
The shepherd to whom the parish is assigned pursuant to this contract
His leadership over them and their policy is to fulfill their religious and worldly interests
In return, they commit themselves to listening and obeying him in what is right and not disobedient
Like any contract, it has three contracting elements and a contract upon it
Losing the entirety of the contracted party destroys and invalidates the contract
Accordingly, there is no guardianship for those who destroy religion, fight it, and remove God’s law from governance
The pledge of allegiance is not permissible without the choice of the nation
The people of solution and contract will act on their behalf
They are the ones who have opinions and advice on them
They choose the shepherd whose pledge of allegiance is legally valid
He will be among the people of piety and righteousness, with ability and fortitude
It is not permissible to take charge of an infidel or a sinner in the first place
But if someone who was immoral or immoral became his guardian after his appointment
His authority is valid and praying behind him is valid
Unless he orders the abolition of religion and God’s law
As for the infidel and the one to whom disbelief occurs
He is not entitled to guardianship or imamate
