I am going unto my Lord Who will guide me.” (37:99) 00:01:58.109 --> 00:02:03.180 “My Lord! Shall I give birth while I am an old woman and this husband of mine is an old man?" 00:03:07.460 --> 00:03:12.460 “She said: Oh woe is me! Shall I bear a child when I am an old woman, and this my husband is an old man? Lo! this is a strange thing!” (11:72) 00:03:12.460 --> 00:03:17.460 “They said: Wonderest thou at the commandment of Allah? The mercy of Allah and His blessings be upon you, O people of the house! Lo! And he said: O mankind! Lo! we have been taught the language of birds, and have been given (abundance) of all things. Forgive me and bestow on me sovereignty such as shall not belong to any after me. Lo! Thou art the Bestower.” (38:35) 00:08:01.100 --> 00:08:06.100 "No one is to be blamed after me." 00:08:06.100 --> 00:08:11.100 "Indeed, You are the Bestower." 00:08:11.100 --> 00:08:14.579 And among the most apparent miracles 00:08:14.579 --> 00:08:16.579 was the subjugation of the wind for him, 00:08:16.579 --> 00:08:18.579 which would travel from Jerusalem. 00:08:18.579 --> 00:08:22.620 “And unto Solomon (We gave) the wind, whereof the morning course was a month's journey and the evening course a month's journey, and We caused the fount of copper to gush forth for him, and (We gave him) certain of the jinn who worked before him by permission of his Lord. And when he saw it set in his presence, (Solomon) said: This is of the bounty of my Lord, that He may try me whether I give thanks or am ungrateful. Whosoever giveth thanks he only giveth thanks for (the good of) his own soul; and whosoever is ungrateful (is ungrateful only to his own soul's hurt).
