In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Calling people to Allah the Almighty is among the most noble of tasks.
It is the most honorable of vocations and the ultimate goal.
It is the mission of the messengers and their followers until the Day of Judgment.
Allah the Almighty says:
“Say: This is my Way: I call on Allah with sure knowledge. I and whosoever followeth me - Glory be to Allah! - and I am not of the idolaters.” (12:108)
Proceeding from this great principle,
We at the Sheikh Hiss Islamic Center are pleased

"The Muslim's Treasure: On the Virtue of Calling to Allah"

This is to emphasize the importance of calling to Allah,
And to contribute to guiding Muslims,
And to contribute to bringing goodness to others.
And Allah is the Grantor of success.
You are a candidate to become one of those who call to Allah.
Nothing will move you to call to Allah the Almighty
Like carrying the concern for spreading goodness in your heart.
You have already achieved a large part of this,
As evidenced by the fact that you have begun listening to this material.
You are a candidate to become one of those who call to Allah,
And for thousands to embrace Islam at your hands,
Or perhaps even millions,
If Allah sees in your heart a love for pleasing Him,
And a strong will to work for the sake of Allah.
For whom? Yes, for Allah.
Imagine the honor of calling to Allah,
And not to yourself, a party, a group,
A sheikh, or a business.
It is a great trade with Allah,
Entirely profit with no loss therein.
Reflect upon this great verse.
In the name of Allah, and all praise is due to Allah.
May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon the Messenger of Allah. To proceed:
One of the most important tasks and highest priorities in our days
Is increasing the number of volunteer callers.
Firstly, to invite the righteous to become reformers.
It is a call to the call itself.
Secondly, to invite Muslims to commitment.
Thirdly, to invite non-Muslims to Islam.
We shall be a support for this group,
Giving them the keys and the skills,
And providing them with the means for da'wah.
The inclination of the youth toward goodness,
And their turning toward the shores of the repentant, is, by the grace of Allah, on the rise.
The desire to support the religion and sacrifice for its sake is present.
Yet, despite all this goodness that has filled the earth,
Many do not know the true virtue of calling to Allah,
And they deprive themselves of that high station,
And that lofty honor.
Unfortunately, many righteous people busy themselves only with their own affairs,
And evade the responsibility of spreading the religion.
Therefore, one of the goals of this material
Is to strive to make the righteous into reformers, by the permission of Allah.
The time has come for us to pause and reflect,
To hold ourselves to account before it is too late.
I have sought to sharpen resolve by mentioning the virtues of calling to Allah,
And the status of those who work in the field of reform, clarification,
And teaching goodness.
Perhaps together, hand in hand, we can awaken the sleeper,
Motivate ourselves,
And win over more hearts by reminding them
Of the reality of the call.
Perhaps the worker will increase in resolve and activity.
I ask the Protector
To make us among those who carry the concern for this religion,
And strive to spread it across the horizons upon the correct methodology.
I also hope to stir you to carry this idea,
So that each of us plans to teach, motivate, and accompany a number of young people
To bear the responsibility that rests upon their shoulders.
For we are in great need of cooperating in righteousness and piety,
And joining forces for goodness and reform.
May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet and our role model, Muhammad,
And upon all his family and companions.
