On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
If people were given according to their claim
Men claimed people's money and blood
But the evidence is on the plaintiff
And the oath is imposed on whoever denies it

Some of it is in the two Sahihs
This hadith shows a great principle
In judiciary and justice
That is, the claim cannot be accepted without evidence
The principle is to preserve rights
And prevent infringement
So the Sharia made evidence for whoever claims
And the oath is imposed on whoever denies
To ensure the establishment of justice among people
The conversation establishes the principle of fairness
And the preservation of money and blood
From false claims
Which maintains the stability of society
It prevents injustice
