What is meant by the ruling?
God's rule is of three types
Firstly, a fatalistic ruling
The servant must be satisfied with it and be patient with it
This is destiny and destiny
Secondly, a legal ruling
The slave must comply with him
All religion, with all its laws, is included in it

And about the legal ruling
Joseph, peace be upon him, said
Judgment belongs only to God. He commanded that you should not worship anyone but Him
That is a valuable religion
But most people don't know
And the Almighty said
Do I seek judgment other than God?
And he said
And whoever does not rule by what God has revealed, those are the disbelievers

Penal judgment in the afterlife
It is for God alone
