00:00:00.880 --> 00:00:05.879
These are confirmed Sunnahs of the Prophet.

00:00:05.879 --> 00:00:11.630
Responding to the one who sneezes.

00:00:11.630 --> 00:00:14.630
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated

00:00:14.630 --> 00:00:18.789
that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

00:00:18.789 --> 00:00:24.890
"When one of you sneezes, let him say: 'Al-hamdu lillah' (Praise be to Allah).

00:00:24.890 --> 00:00:27.890
And his brother or companion should say to him:

00:00:27.890 --> 00:00:29.890
'Yarhamuk-Allah' (May Allah have mercy on you).

00:00:29.890 --> 00:00:33.049
And when he says to him: 'Yarhamuk-Allah,'

00:00:33.049 --> 00:00:38.049
he should reply: 'Yahdeekum-Allah wa yuslihu balakum' (May Allah guide you and set your affairs right)."

00:00:38.049 --> 00:00:41.240
Narrated by al-Bukhari.
