Anger is the root of many evils and transgressions
Through anger, a person falls into injustice, estrangement, and regret
That is why the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, recommended
By abandoning his reasons
Struggling with oneself when it happens
Not by preventing the feeling itself
Rather, stop its effects and act wisely
