You can hardly find a verse in the Book of God in which heart disease is mentioned
Unless this was in the context of talking about hypocrisy and its people
Whether the word hypocrisy is explicitly mentioned in it or not
The word was explicitly mentioned in it
God Almighty's saying
When the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease say, “These have deceived their religion.”
And the Almighty said
And when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease say, “God and His Messenger promised us nothing but delusion.”
Among the things that were not mentioned was the word hypocrisy

In their hearts was a disease, so God increased their disease
And for them is a painful punishment because they lied
And the Almighty said
Then you will see those in whose hearts is a disease rushing towards them, saying, “We fear that a calamity will befall us.”
The disagreement between the hypocrites and the people of truth is not a disagreement over a single intellectual issue
But their justice system has a sick heart
They have a disease in their hearts
