00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:08.750
The enduring good deeds.

00:00:08.750 --> 00:00:13.390
The reward for performing wudu thoroughly and the dhikr that follows it.

00:00:13.390 --> 00:00:18.640
On the authority of 'Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, who said:

00:00:18.640 --> 00:00:22.820
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:

00:00:22.820 --> 00:00:26.019
"There is not one of you who performs wudu,

00:00:26.019 --> 00:00:29.140
and does so completely or thoroughly,

00:00:29.140 --> 00:00:30.899
then says:

00:00:30.980 --> 00:00:34.340
'I bear witness that there is no god but Allah,

00:00:34.340 --> 00:00:38.320
and that Muhammad is the servant of Allah and His Messenger,'

00:00:38.320 --> 00:00:42.799
but that the eight gates of Paradise will be opened for him,

00:00:42.799 --> 00:00:46.299
so that he may enter through whichever of them he wishes."

00:00:46.299 --> 00:00:48.299
Narrated by Muslim.
