I seek refuge in God from Satan

This is the third place in which we raise our hands
Then we stand up and say:
Our Lord, praise be to You
After rising from bowing, we may raise our hands or clench them
It is Sunnah to prolong standing after bowing to ensure peace of mind

Then we fall to the ground, saying the takbir of the transition from standing to prostration
We bring the hands before the knees
Or the knees before the hands
Whichever is easier for us
We must prostrate to seven great ones
As the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, taught us
The forehead with the nose, palms, feet and knees
We point the tips of the toes in the direction of the Qiblah
And we erect the legs
We spread the thighs and lift the abdomen away from them
Keep the arms raised off the ground
Far from the crowd
Unless we are praying in a group
We fear then those around us
We keep our fingers together in the direction of the Qiblah
We make the palms the shape of the shoulders or the shape of the ears
Glory be to my Lord, the Most High
We repeat the praise three times
It is the lowest perfection
One tasbih is sufficient
We can add more if we want
We diversify the famous praise
We pray for what we love of the goodness of this world and the hereafter
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
The closest a servant is to his Lord is when he is prostrating
More supplication
God is great
We raise our heads from prostration
We brush the left leg
And we sit on it reassured
And we set up today
We face the Qiblah with her fingers
Or put both feet upright
And we sit on our heels
We extend our arms
Today on the right thigh
And the left hand on the left thigh
At the knee or on the knee
Lord forgive me
We pray it between the two prostrations
Where we sit reassured
God is great
We chant the takbeer to the second prostration
It is like the first prostration in how and in what is said
