Firstly
Quickly ratify, accept, and disseminate ideas before studying them
Secondly
A hasty thinker
Overcome with emotion
He lacks rationality
Third
He tends to accept quickly whatever suits his mood
His concern is not searching for the truth
Fourth
He is characterized by haste in work and movement
Without giving importance to planning
That's why he regrets so much
He may start doing something and then leave it
