They are those who claim that a human being is compelled in all of their actions.
Therefore, there is no blame upon them for the sins and acts of disobedience that Allah has decreed for them.
With this understanding, they stand in opposition to the Qadariyyah, who deny the divine decree.
This sect, with this specific belief, has almost entirely vanished.
