Regarding the saying of Allah, the Exalted:
"Whether you reveal a good deed or conceal it, or pardon an evil, indeed Allah is ever Pardoning and Competent."
Allah, the Exalted, refrained from mentioning the specific reward for pardoning when one has the power to retaliate,
in order to clarify that such pardoning is among His own attributes, glory be to Him.
It is sufficient honor and nobility for a person that they emulate Allah, the Exalted, in this regard.
This alone suffices and renders unnecessary any mention of the reward resulting from this praiseworthy action.
