The ruling on the hypocrites' major hypocrisy
That they will be in the lowest level of the Fire in the Hereafter
Along with eternal dwelling therein, like the disbelievers
If they die upon their hypocrisy
Because they are disbelievers in their reality
As for the ruling concerning them in this world
It is based on their outward appearance
So they are judged as Muslims
As long as they manifest that
And they are dealt with according to the rulings of Islam
While being cautious of them
For if they manifest their disbelief
Through a statement or an action that nullifies faith
They then become
Heretics, subject to the rulings of apostates
