We said, O fire, be coolness and peace for Abraham
And Zechariah, peace be upon him, was blessed with Yahya, peace be upon him
Despite his old age and his wife being barren
God Almighty said
He said, “Lord, let me have a son.”
I have reached old age and my wife is barren
He also said that God does whatever He wants
The bottom line
The believer should take whatever reasons he can
After that, he places his hope in God alone
Thus, he will be a middle ground between those who exaggerate in looking at the stability and inevitability of universal laws
It is not subject to failure in any way
And who overdoes taking the reasons
Claiming his dependence on God's will and its fluency
An example of that is mediocrity
What Muslims did in the Battle of Badr
They took whatever reasons they could
They exhausted their effort in doing so
They placed their hope in God
So God Almighty provided them with angels
Who enabled them to achieve victory despite their small numbers and equipment
It is contrary to the norm in the eyes of people
God Almighty said
When you sought help from your Lord, and He responded to you, I will assist you with a thousand angels in succession
