Sunnahs of the Prophet are fixed
Pray when the wind blows
On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said
When the wind blew, the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, would say:
Oh God, I ask you for the best of it and the best of what is in it
And the best thing you were sent with
I seek refuge in You from its evil and the evil of what is in it
And the evil of what you were sent with
