The nuclear forty
On the authority of Moaz bin Jabal, may God be pleased with him, he said
I said, O Messenger of God, tell me something that will bring me into Paradise and keep me away from Hell
He said: I asked about great things
It is easy for whomever God Almighty makes it easy for
You worship God and do not associate anything with Him
And perform the prayer
And you pay zakat
And fast Ramadan
And you make pilgrimage to the house
Then he said
Shall I not guide you to the doors of goodness?
Fasting is paradise
Charity extinguishes sin
Water also extinguishes fire
And the man's prayer in the middle of the night
Then he recited
Their south avoids their beds
Until they reached work
Then he said
Shall I not tell you the head, pillar, and peak of the matter?
I said, “Yes, O Messenger of God.”
He said the head of the matter is Islam
Its pillar is prayer
The peak of its hump is jihad
Then he said
Shall I not tell you the meaning of all that?
I said, “Yes, O Messenger of God.”
He took hold of his tongue and said
Stop this
I said, O Prophet of God
We are held accountable for what we say
And he said
Your mother bereaved you
Will people be thrown into hell on their faces?
Or on their nostrils
Except the jests of their tongues
Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi
He said it is a good and authentic hadith
The hadith indicates that the greatest thing that enters Paradise
It is the monotheism of God
And establishing the pillars of Islam
Of prayer, zakat, fasting and Hajj
Then increase the number of good things
Such as charity, fasting, and night prayers
As the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, confirms
On the danger of poison
Preserving it is one of the greatest means of salvation
