00:00:00.880 --> 00:00:06.179
Established Sunnahs of the Prophet:

00:00:06.179 --> 00:00:12.720
Walking to the mosque on foot.

00:00:12.720 --> 00:00:16.320
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported:

00:00:16.320 --> 00:00:20.320
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

00:00:20.320 --> 00:00:25.350
"Shall I not tell you of that by which Allah effaces sins

00:00:25.350 --> 00:00:27.750
and raises spiritual status?"

00:00:27.750 --> 00:00:30.940
They replied, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah!"

00:00:31.239 --> 00:00:32.539
He said:

00:00:32.539 --> 00:00:35.539
"Performing ablution thoroughly despite difficulty,

00:00:35.539 --> 00:00:38.740
taking many steps to the mosques,

00:00:38.740 --> 00:00:42.299
and waiting for the next prayer after performing a prayer;

00:00:42.299 --> 00:00:45.259
that is the true ribat."
