Analogy is attaching a branch to an origin in a ruling due to a common cause between them
It is an argument and a source of legislation for matters that are not stated in the text and are denied by apparent meaning
An example is the prohibition of renting, mortgaging, or getting married at the time of Friday prayer
Compared to selling
For the common cause between them
It hinders the pursuit of Friday prayer
And the possibility of being missed
God Almighty said
O you who have believed, when we are called to prayer on Friday
So strive to remember God and give up selling
Any analogy that conflicts with the text is invalid
