00:00:00.850 --> 00:00:06.150
Established Prophetic Sunnahs.

00:00:06.150 --> 00:00:11.669
Supplication upon entering the lavatory.

00:00:11.669 --> 00:00:16.809
On the authority of Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), who said:

00:00:16.809 --> 00:00:21.739
Whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered—

00:00:21.739 --> 00:00:25.539
that is, intended to enter—the lavatory, he would say:

00:00:25.539 --> 00:00:31.500
"O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils."

00:00:31.500 --> 00:00:33.859
Agreed upon.
