The elegance of knowledge among the wise By Dr. Hamza Ibn Faye Al Fathi May God protect him Councils of the Prophets Sahl Ibn Abdullah Al-Tastari said May God have mercy on him He died in the year two hundred and eighty-three AH Whoever wants to look at the gatherings of the Prophets, peace be upon them Let him look at the councils of scholars The councils of scholars resembled the conditions of the prophets Because of their piety and attachment to their Creator Almighty And their desire for the afterlife Their lambs are the preaching function of prophets And their serious message Thought, work and diligence Because their gatherings are gatherings of remembrance, light, and gifts It was free of idle talk And her side is lying She avoided backbiting and gossiping How can there not be councils of prophets? It was established to glorify and worship God And inviting him to please him That's why it became great and magnified It is the greatest council The best meetings and the best lessons No one descended on it but rejoiced It is not intended for a learner but to benefit Nor did her mother hope that she would explain and recover It is the cure for every illness and the cure for every harvest Overwhelmed by mercy And tranquility descends upon her And the angels surrounded her And God remembers them in the highest assembly And in the councils of scholars Reviving a heart And purification of the soul and behavior reform And curriculum evaluation And serious upbringing Awakening enlightenment And alert the processor Its covering is still there It brings goodness, pleasure and benefit Even if it wasn't there Except the preservation of time from ruin I stopped and left And peace
