The truth is one.
The truth is singular and does not multiply.
It resides in the opinion of one of the mujtahid scholars.
He is the one who receives two rewards:
The reward for the effort of ijtihad,
And the reward for attaining the truth itself.
As for the other mujtahid scholars,
Their opinion is not the truth.
Rather, they are merely
Excused for the error in their ijtihad,
Because they exerted their utmost effort in the matter.
They receive a reward for this ijtihad,
Even though their opinion is not upheld as correct.
As for those who claim that the truth is multiple,
They propagate this notion
Under the pretext of intellectual tolerance
And the avoidance of imposing a single viewpoint.
In reality, however,
They dilute many matters of the religion,
And invalidate many of its rulings.
