In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Muhammad is the Messenger of God Summary of the Prophet’s biography Written by Sheikh Musa Bel-Rashed Al-Azmi May God protect him The spoils of Khaybar The Muslims took great spoils from Khaybar Imam Bukhari narrated in his Sahih On the authority of Ibn Omar, may God be pleased with them both, he said We were not satisfied until we conquered Khaybar Imam Bukhari narrated in his Sahih On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said When Khaybar was conquered We said now we are full of dates Al-Hafiz said in Al-Fath That is, because of the abundance of palm trees in it There is an indication that they were before it was opened In few lives Imam Bukhari narrated in his Sahih On the authority of Ibn Omar, may God be pleased with them both, he said The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, swore on the Day of Khaybar The horse has two arrows And the man has an arrow Nafi` interpreted it and said: If the man has a horse He has three shares If he does not have a horse He has an arrow Imam Al-Tirmidhi said This is acted upon by most scholars Among the companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and others This is the saying of Sufyan Al-Thawri and Al-Awza’i And Malik bin Anas Ibn Al-Mubarak and Al-Shafi’i And Ahmed and Ishaq They said The knight has three shares Share his And two arrows for his horse And the man has an arrow The immigrants responded to the Ansar’s cries When God Almighty enriched the Muslims by conquest of Khaybar The immigrants returned to the Ansar the gifts they had given them When they brought the city to them The two sheikhs narrated it in their Sahihs On the authority of Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, he said When the immigrants came to Medina from Mecca And nothing in their hands means anything The Ansar were the people of land and property So the Ansar agreed with them that they would give them the fruits of their money every year It is enough for them to work and provide food Anas, may God be pleased with him, said The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace When he finished fighting the people of Khaybar So he left for the city The immigrants returned to the Ansar their gifts of its fruits Imam Al-Nawawi said This is evidence that it was fruitful Any permissibility of fruits Do not own the necks of palm trees If it were a gift for the neck of the palm tree He did not return to it It is not permissible to return the gift after receiving it But it was permissible, as we mentioned Permissibility may be revoked without delay However, he did not return to it Until the situation worsened for the immigrants with the conquest of Khaybar And they dispensed with it They returned it to the Ansar and they accepted it He came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace In Khaybar after its conquest His cousin Jaafar bin Abi Talib His companions, may God be pleased with them, were from Abyssinia The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was happy with him Great joy Al-Hakim narrated in Al-Mustadrak with a weak chain of transmission He has evidence to support him On the authority of Jabir, may God be pleased with him, he said When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, came From Khaybar, Jaafar came from Abyssinia The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, received him So he kissed his forehead Then he said, “By God, I don’t know which one I should be happy with.” By the conquest of Khaybar or by the arrival of Jaafar?
