Chapter on what was mentioned regarding the inheritance of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
What is meant by the inheritance of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
That is, what the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, left behind from this world after his death
On the authority of Omar bin Al-Harith, brother of Juwayriyah
He has company
He said
What the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, left behind
Except his weapon and his mule
And land made as charity
The narrator of this hadith
Omar bin Al-Harith bin Abi Dirar
Brother of the Mother of the Believers, Juwayriyah bint Al-Harith, may God be pleased with her
He is a companion
He said in this hadith
What the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, left behind
That is, when he died
Except his weapon
That is, what he wore during war
Like a sword and a spear
And a shield, and forgiveness, and war
And he said
And his mule
That is, the white mule
Her name is Daldal
It remained until the time of Muawiyah, may God be pleased with him
And he said
And land made as charity
It is half the land of Fadak
And a third of the land of Wadi Al-Qura
And his share is from Khams Khaybar
And a share of Bin Al-Nazir’s land
He made this land a charity for the Muslims
Rafad from the hadith
What the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was like
From asceticism in this world
And reduce it
Where he came out of it
He left only what people need
Like the weapon with which the infidels fight
And the mule he was riding
As for what land he left behind
He made it a charity
Ibn Kathir, may God have mercy on him, said
In the whole world
She was more despicable to him
As it is with God
To seek it
Or he leaves it as an inheritance
May God’s prayers and peace be upon him
And upon his brothers among the prophets and messengers
May God bless you always
Until the Day of Judgment
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said
Fatima came to Abu Bakr
She said: Who will inherit from you?
He said: My family and my son
She said: I don't inherit from my father
Abu Bakr said
I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
North says no
But I rely on the one who was the Messenger of God
May God bless him and grant him peace
And he spent on whoever was the Messenger of God
May God bless him and grant him peace
In this hadith
That Fatima, may God be pleased with her
The daughter of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
She came to Abu Bakr, may God be pleased with him
Caliph of Muslims
She asks for her share of her father's inheritance
Perhaps he did not reach her
That the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
No North
She said in preparation for her need and request
Who will inherit you?
That is, if you die, who will inherit you?
A friend of my family and my son said
That is, if I die, my family and my children will inherit from me
Male and female
She said: I don't inherit from my father
That is, if your family and children inherit from you
So why shouldn't I have an inheritance?
And a share from my father
Abu Bakr, may God be pleased with him, said
I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
North says no
Therefore, he did not swear, may God be pleased with him
What the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, left behind
Among his relatives and wives
When she heard the hadith, may God be pleased with her
From Abu Bakr, you did not exceed him
He said, which confirms that she had never heard of him before
Otherwise, the request would not have come
And he said
But I support the one who was the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
He supports him
And he spent on those who were the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
He spends on it
This means that he will not cut off their expenses
Rather, he will spend on everyone who spent on him
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
Because he took his place
In the interests and needs of Muslims
On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her
That the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
North said no
What he left us is his charity
In this hadith, the Mother of the Believers is fair
Aisha, may God be pleased with her and her honesty
Because she is one of the heirs of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
If it were inherited

Even if it was at her own expense
Scientists said that perhaps the wisdom is that
The Prophets, may God’s prayers and peace be upon them
They do not inherit because they are like fathers
For the nation, their money is for everyone
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him
On the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
He said: My heirs will not divide it
A dinar or a dirham
What I have left behind is my wife's maintenance
And the provision of my worker is his charity
This hadith means the hadiths
The advanced one is the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
It is not inherited
I inherited neither a dinar nor a dirham
The restriction is in dinars and dirhams
It is a warning about everything else
So he mentioned them as a warning about what is above them
And he said
I have not yet left the maintenance of my women and the provisions of my workers
He believed it
That is, what he, may God bless him and grant him peace, left behind
Alimony is taken from him for his wives
Whatever is left over is charity
On Muslims and what is meant
By the factor that follows the affairs of Muslims
After him, he was called his servant
On the authority of Malik bin Usi bin Al-Hadatan
He said: I entered upon Omar
Then Abd al-Rahman bin Awf entered upon him
Talha and Saad
Ali and Abbas came to dispute
I adjure you by the One with His permission
Heaven and earth stand
Do you know that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace?
North said no
What we leave behind is charity
They said, Oh God, yes
There is a long story in the hadith
It was the land of Ibn al-Nazir
From what God bestowed upon His Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
It was the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
He takes from it a year's maintenance for his family
Anything more than that makes it
For Muslims
When he died, may God bless him and grant him peace
It was Abu Bakr, may God be pleased with him

So repent Ali and Abbas
The group said, O Commander of the Faithful!
I spend between them
And comfort one of them from the other
Omar said: Are you hurt?
I adjure you by God, by whose permission
Heaven and earth stand
Did you know that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace?
North said no
He wants it himself
They said he had said that
So Omar approached Abbas and Ali
He said, “I adjure you by God.”
Did you know that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace?
He had said that
He said yes
He said, “I will tell you about this matter.”
God is Glory be to Him
May God bless him and grant him peace in this millennium
With something that no one else gave him
He, may He be glorified and exalted, said:
And what God has bestowed upon His Messenger among them
You did not force any horses on him
No passengers
To his saying: Able
This was purely for the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
Then I swear to God, I have it
He gave it to you and divided it among you
Until this money remained from her
He was the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
He supports his family for their year
From this money
Then he takes what's left
So He makes it the source of God’s money
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, did that
His life
Then the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, died
Abu Bakr said
I am the guardian of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
So Abu Bakr arrested him
So he did what the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, did
And you then
So he approached Ali and Abbas
And he said
You remind me that Abu Bakr is in it, as you say
And God knows that he is truthful and righteous in him
Rashid follows the truth
Then God passed away Abu Bakr
So I said, “I am the guardian of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.”
And Abu Bakr
He received two years of my principality
I will do what the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, did
And Abu Bakr
And God knows that I am honest and righteous in Him
Rashid follows the truth
Then you both came to me
And your two words are the same
I command you all
You came to me, meaning Abbas
So I told you both
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
North said no
We did not give up charity
I will pass it on to you
I said if you want, I will give it to you
However, you both have God’s covenant and covenant
To work with me in it
What the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, did
And Abu Bakr
And I did not do anything about it
Otherwise, don't talk to me
So you said, "Give it to us."
Do you ask me to make up for something else?
By God, by whose permission
Heaven and earth stand
I do not make a ruling other than that
Until the Hour comes
If you are unable to do so, pay to me
I am enough for you both
On the authority of Zirr bin Hubaish, he said:
Aisha, may God be pleased with her, said
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
A dinar or a dirham
Neither sheep nor camel
He said, “I doubt the male and female slave.”
In this hadith
Statement that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
He left nothing of the world behind
This is the meaning of the previous hadiths
And the world was with him, may God bless him and grant him peace
Too despicable to collect them
Or leave it as an inheritance
Rather, his concern was to spread the religion of God Almighty
He inherited knowledge
Whoever takes it will have great luck
And he said, “I doubt the male and female slave.”
This doubt comes from my followers

The slave and the female slave are included in her discussion or not
It is nice what is narrated in this section
What came on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him
He passed through the city market
He stood over it and said
O people of the market, how incapable are you?
They said: What is that, Abu Hurairah?
He said
That is the inheritance of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
He swears while you are here
Do not go and take your share of it
They said where is he?
He said in the mosque
They quickly went out to the mosque
Abu Hurairah stood for them until they returned
He said to them: What is the matter with you?
They said, Abu Hurairah
We came to the mosque and entered
We did not see anything in it that divided
Abu Hurairah said to them
Did you not see anyone in the mosque?
They said, “Yes, we saw people praying.”
And people read the Qur’an
And a people who remember what is permissible and what is forbidden
Abu Hurairah said to them
That is the legacy of Muhammad
May God bless him and grant him peace
