A verse and its Tafsir.
Allah the Exalted says:
“Whoso obeyeth the messenger hath obeyed Allah, and whoso turneth away: We have not sent thee as a warder over them.” (4:80)
“Whoso obeyeth the messenger hath obeyed Allah, and whoso turneth away: We have not sent thee as a warder over them.” (4:80)
Meaning: Do not be concerned about them, O Muhammad.
You are only responsible for conveying the message.
Whoever follows you shall find happiness and salvation.
And whoever turns away from you shall be disappointed and lost.
As it is stated in the hadith:
Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has attained guidance.
And whoever disobeys them harms none but himself.
