It occurs at a certain amount, neither greater nor less than that

The levels of destiny are four
Achieving belief in destiny is achieved by believing in its four levels
Science, writing, will, and creation

This is in contrast to the creature whose knowledge is preceded by ignorance

What is meant by it is the belief that God Almighty has written the decrees of creation
Fifty thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth
God Almighty said
No calamity befalls the earth or yourselves
Except in a book before We exonerate it
This is easy for God
And the Almighty said
Did you not know that God knows what is in heaven and earth?
This is in the Book. Indeed, this is easy for God
The third rank is the will
What is meant by it is the belief that everything that was and will be
It is by the will of God Almighty
As Muslims say
Whatever God willed, happened, and what God did not will, did not happen
The same applies to what was done by God Almighty
Or from the action of the creature
As God Almighty said
If God willed, he could fight, but God does what He wants
Fighting is the slave's action
God Almighty made it by His will
And the Almighty said
If your Lord had willed, they would not have done it
So leave them and what they invent
The fourth rank is creation
What is meant is belief in God Almighty
He is the one who created what He taught, wrote, and willed
He is the creator of everything

He is an agent over everything
And the Almighty said
We created everything with destiny
This also includes the actions of people
Their actions are created by God Almighty
As God Almighty said
God created you and what you do
God Almighty has two wills

Legitimate will
These are His commands, the Almighty
And His legal obligations that He loves and is pleased with for His servants
It is described as ease
As God Almighty said
God wants ease for you and does not want hardship for you
Secondly
Deterministic cosmic will
It is God's decree and destiny that He decrees in the universe
What God decrees may be what God wants
It may not be so
As in the case of the existence of disbelief in reality
God Almighty said
If you disbelieve, God is independent of you
He does not approve of disbelief for His servants

That is the legitimate will
It is what God wanted from us
He loves him and pleases him
And the universal will
It is what God wanted for us
It is not necessary for him to love him and accept him according to Islamic law
Rather, it may be forbidden or disliked by religion and law
Rather, he wanted it with his wisdom and justice to be tested
And for interests we do not know, but he knows them
